I signed up order some toys put my credit card info and everything was normal. Two days after ordering i signed in my account to see if they accepted the payment to ship nothing happened an hour later i signed in and my account was deleted completely gone i emailed customer service before and they responded in time but when i emailed about 10-15 times about my account no one ever replied. I called the customer service number and no one ever picks up, then the number got disabled and a new number was posted on the website again no one picked up and then the original number was on the website i called and straight to voice mail. I am so irritated i just want my product and know the product is out of stock i ordered on the 26 and now i don't know what to do.
