Called from "Card Services" trying to sell me on "lower rates on all credit cards from all companies". Pressed 1 to talk with someone, who would not answer where they were from, other than "Orlando". When asked if we had a prior business relationship, he (again) said they were from Card Services and work with all companies. When asked how he got my # as I am on the Do Not Call list, he hung up on me.
