I received a call to say my computer needed cleaning as it was slow. They started cleaning it and led me to believe they were representing MAC. My credit card company informed me this call is coming from India and they would not accept the charge. I asked where they were calling from and they stated White Plains, New York. Lies. Firstly, I have since learned Mac never calls, you call them when you have a problem. Following is a copy of info they gave me:
