This company sells you second hand refurbished items. First and foremost I ordered two Kocaso tablets are they guaranteed Christmas shipping. After two weeks of waiting, I placed a call to the customer service department requesting to either refund or promptly ship my items if not granted delivery by Christmas. They assured me my items will be delivered. They sent a request to their vendor and I recieved my first tablet iRola instead of Kocaso. The iRola wasn't what I ordered and came with a defected unit case that I had to fix. It was used and packaged as a refurbished unit. I called and complained and told them to make sure the second tablet is a new Kocaso tablet. They assured me that my second tablet will be shipped five days after the first tablet was shipped. Then I recieved my tacking number for my second tablet and it came as a new Kocaso tablet factory sealed. You must contact customer support to recieve anyyhing from this company. If you don't you can risk losing your money and not recieving anything. They only gave me the tracking number for the second tablet. The customer service is terrible. I won't spend another penny at this company again.
