I got a 2 free sample, witch i paid for shipping 1.99pounds each from this company, charged on my account with my visa debit card at 06 january 2014.
14 days later they charged me again of 84,71 pounds plus 84,71 pounds.
I call them to complain and ask to return my money, because i didn`t realise they could do it without my previously ask me for my consent. they will not return my money and even said that the small bottles that i have requested are the products, nota samples. Because i was waiting for the products to return to them in good conditions to have my money back.
Later on the ph
one they to bargain the money they could return... I refused to deal with that. This is a very good scam. I feel tricked...i called my bank and they said they can't do also anything because this is a very good scam how can this be?
I am horrified...i will never use my card to pay anything, i don't feel safe anymore!
When this things happened, no one can help- They do whatever they want...
