Hi,

I sort the help of IXP for my Work and Live in Canada (Case reference number: 3114766). I paid 3290 AUD on OCT 18. I was assigned a case manager named Christine. I got my resume prepared as part of IEPS and also IELTS study website link. But for the past 3 weeks no communication from IXP, even if I try to call the Australia number it is not available. They said as part of work and live i will be provided support in sourcing in jobs and forwarding my profiles to the employers on my behalf but there is no progress in the past 3 months. Please help me get valid support or refund my money.

  • Hi,

We're sorry that you haven't been able to get in touch with us. Please use your MyCase area or speak with your Case Manager to get this issue sorted.

We understand that waiting for a visa application to be processed can be a very stressful time but we can assure you that we're working hard to get you on your way to Canada.

Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you soon!
