Hello,this email will be served as formal notice against you guys in small claim court.Last week I spoke with Simon who gurranteed that I will be not charged 89 pounds if ,I will not be approved for the loan,hovever you guys did charged me the money today 23/02/2014.Simon checked my credit and said that my credit score is too poor to be approved,therefor I was not suposed to be charged .He asked me for my credit details just to check my credit score (at least that's what I was told.I applied for a loan as I was in bad financial situation.Bear in mind that I will also claim all the daily fees that will accur while my account is being overdrown also stress and wasted time.Kindest regards,Donatas Zimkus
