I knew justfab would charge me 39.95 every month unless I I checked the "skip" button. I have 4 months of credits so I decide to go shopping. I check out the 2 for 1 sale and when I check out, they don't credit me $39.95 so I call my order in. They tell me its select shoes which I knew cuz I had to go to that link to view. They confirmed my shoes were correct so they were going to credit me the full $39.95 and told them to use my credit. Sorry, we can't with this promotion is what they told me. Then I don't want them I said but then quickly thought to ask why not. Credits don't apply to this promotion. Credit means you charged my credit card and so let me talk to your supervisor. She puts me on hold and comes back on the line to tell me that this one time they will go ahead and use my credit. They will be taking 2 credits for this promotion. I said wait, the promotion is 2 for 1, not acceptable. You are overcharging me. I want to speak to supervisor. She puts me on hold again and comes back to tell me that this one time they will use 1 credit and I said that is the right thing to do, you are scamming people. And I know they are getting away with it!!! They are taking advantage of thier customers and that should be stopped. If they are charging you monthly on your credit card, all you need to do is cancel your card and get a new number.
