I want to complaint against Jon Vincent who is working in Elance of Blue Shark Software Solutions.That person has suspended my account in Elance from the last 13 days and not responding to me properly and that person is harrasing me from the last 13 days and that person is saying that we will not activate my account.Please made a criminal case against Jon Vincent as soon as possible.Thanks
