My wife and I paid for a 14 night all inclusive cruise,when we got on board we were charged for our first drink,we complained to reception and produced our documents stating all inclusive and were told we had to have a book of voutchers which we did not have,or ever received
.We were given a cabin No1222 but that was changed to1018 and changed again for the second week to1097 from a S3 to b2? PLEASE EXPLAIN
