I’m worried about the activities of Planet Cruise. Is their practise legal? I fell for the hard sell and booked a 10-day cruise with them last week and although they took the full amount from my bank account I still haven’t received an invoice, booking notification or booking confirmation from them. Can this be lawful? I’m thoroughly fed up phoning Planet Cruise and emailing them and getting nowhere. I leave home shortly and must have something from them, preferably my tickets. Does anyone know who owns this set-up? Do I have to go to a lawyer?
