I placed an order exactly one month ago. I never received an order confirmation or any shipping information.

However, they immediately charged me for my purchase. So, I waited up to one months and still did not receive my order. I called the company and spoked to the weirdest, most apathic individual of whose voice I've ever heard, named Sadina.

She offered zero apologies and offered to refund only my card as if she was trained to do this. I looked at what they billed me.

The item was 14.99, shipping stated as 5.99 (charged 12.99) and tax. Also, then they charged my card an "international mail fee". So, she attempted to refund me 14.99 for an item they never mailed or intended to mail. SHe stated they do not ship to the U.S. I still have not even received my refund!!!!! Its been 4 weeks!

So here is the scam, they charge your card and refund you (if your lucky) less than what they charged you and what the hell is " an international mail fee"? So they net 15$ and I lose 15$ of the total 30$, for a huge hassle, waste of time, and NO ITEM EVER DELIVERED! this is a scam and I will be reporting to the better business bureau-which has a lot of clout and has resolved any issue I had previously. DONT USE_SCAM SCAM SCAM. LOUSY "customer service"-she said"hello" when she answered, andsounded like a drug addict in a basement somewhere.

I order items from all over the world and have not had an issue. If they do not ship to the U.S. it would not allow me to choose the US as a shipping address and state where they ship to.

Well, the website certainly let me place the "US" in my shipping address without any warning and had ZERO problem immediately charging my card without letting me know that they were not ever going to ship my item. THe item was needed for a work fundraiser-so I looked like a fool. Thanks a lot, Dealathons! Screw you!

    My name is David and I am with Dealathons.com. We are very sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced and we are more than willing to work with you to solve this issue. Unfortunately much of what you have share cannot be possible.

    1) Dealathons has never sold a product at a price ending in .99. Everything we sell is a rounded number with no cents. If you could provide more information as to what deal you are referring to this would help.

    2) The same applied with shipping, our system does not charge a price ending in .99 for any shipping costs, let alone advertise the wrong price. Once again please share the deal so we can resolve this.

    3)Up until January 1st Dealathons was not shipping to the USA. This was included in every single product offer on the site. Since Jan 1, we now ship worldwide, however we apologize for any confusion with our rep if you were misinformed. But since your purchase was made before Jan 1 , I suspect this is what Sabina was referring to.

    4)In regards to your refund, I am the person who handles all refunds and I have never heard of the International Mail Fee you are referring to. I have also checked our records and do not see anywhere this fee was ever a part of our process. When a refund is given, it is given in full unless we purposely deduct but in this case since you say you were having the whole purchase refunded, it is impossible to remove any fee let alone an International Mail Fee which does not exist with our processor.
