I gave my checking account information to this company BEFORE reading the reviews (my mistake). I've since requested that my loan be cancelled and they tried to convince me to keep the loan and tried to offer me a $50.00 gift card and then they put me on hold and never came back to the phone so I called again to make sure that they CANCELLED MY REQUEST FOR THIS LOAN. I believe that is total BS!!! Really?? If I am only taking a small loan and you give me a $50.00 gift card, then how is it that you would make money on my loan??? I was leary in the beginning, but I was also in a tight spot. Thankfully, I read the reviews and took action before I became a victim of this "double debiting" that I saw in all the complaints on line.

Meanwhile, I have zeroed out my direct deposit for that account and I called my Bank and put a fraud alert on my account. I don't want to give them the opportunity to access my account because of these so called so called "computer glitches" that everyone says they blame when they double debit their accounts. The whole purpose of me trying to get a small loan was to stay in front of a bill. Seems like they would only make matters worse for me.
