My task scheduler wasn't working for defrag & reported a corrupt or tampered with file.At Microsoft support I called their support phone and eventually had a tech that entered system to solve the problem. But first ran a system diagnosis and found many infections to repair first.Afterwards another tech came on via chat and entered system and did actually repair the task scheduler.Much bartering was done in the beginning to get the price down from near $300 to a final price of $120 payable in two future installments. When al was done and session over I had all sorts of problems involving a turned off firewall a changed home page that couldn't be changed or uninstalled and searching the home page it was believed by others to be a virus or some sort of malware.I finally contacted Norton who entered my system and solved the problem completely and uninstalled more than a few unwanted items they referred to as add ons created by Omni-Tech that had been believed to be from Microsoft. The credit card account I provided for the future installments is an unused account not attached to any private data.I am refusing to make payment for the frustrations created after their service.

Suffice it to say, we are not related to Microsoft and Microsoft never redirects their customers to OmniTech Support. We are not scam and do not engage in any unethical practices, as we provide cost-effective support to thousands of satisfied customers every day and swiftly address any problems or misunderstandings a customer might have.

We need more details from this person as to why he/she allegedly contacted us, his/her email address and on what date he/she came in to us for help, so that we can retrieve the recordings and investigate the alleged issue. Generally, we access the customer’s computer using a well-known and trusted remote 3rd-party access tool called “LogMeIn”. Our process is very transparent and customer can monitor every steps performed by our technician. We also can definitively prove what has transpired.
