Real high-pressure dude with a heavy Indian (India) accent convinced me I had all kinds of errors & viruses on my computer. He directs me to a file on my computer that shows information with little red errors beside them. Since I don't know that much about computers, I figured he knew what he was talking about. He said that was what was slowing my computer down. (I had been having problems). Anyway he pressures me into buying one of their products to the tune of $199.00 which was supposed to protect my computer for life. Like a dummy, I did it. It's not something I would normally do, but he was very high-pressure. After I got off the phone I started looking at things on my computer & it didn't seem like it was any faster. I then looked up this company & reviews & found out they are scammers. I emailed them several times, but got no response. I did get a couple of unidentifiable phone numbers on my phone, but when I tried to call it back, it said it was no longer in service. This is within seconds after they called. Finally I looked back in my paperwork & found a number & again got in touch with someone with a very thick Indian accent & told him I wanted to cancel my service & refund me my money. I told them I thought they were scammers & of course he denied it. He said they performed a service & could not refund my money. He kept telling me about the hard work the person did on my computer, blah, blah, blah. When I asked him his name, he hesitated & said Smith. Yeah...right. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau & my Attorney General & FCC. I hope to see this stopped, but I know there are many out there. I know I will never do this again!!!
