I was looking for a payday loan on 1/15/14 and then I started getting so many phone calls, I thought, concerning same. These people must have called and I couldn't understand anything they were saying, so I kept referring to my request to obtain a loan. It got so bad, I finally hung up on them. I am supposed to call these people back to hear my confirmation by phone to authorize them to take out the money by phone. The advised they would send me forms to request a refund. I never, once, authorized anyone to take out any money out of my account, how could I, I was applying for a loan 1/15 and it wasn't taken out until the 21st, the day my loan money went in.
