I am appalled at how devious this company and its employees are. The representatives came to my door (in an area where there is no solicitation) and told me they were sent by PP&L. I found it kind of odd that PP&L would send a man and a woman to my door, but they swore that they were there to save me money. I agreed to the initial rate of what they told me and signed up. After all, they told me that my previous supplier was charging me WAY more and that my bill would never get too high. Since I'd be saving all this money. When I started getting the outrageous bills I started to really pay attention to what I was being charged. It was cheap before, why bother checking? Well, on average they were increasing my bill by 1 to 2 extra cents per kilowatt per month! I called to complain and got an attitude and a bunch of lies. "We can't control the market." Yeah? Funny how that wasn't apart of your selling point. When I called back to make sure I was cancelled I got a very rude woman named Shaniqua (is that even her real name?) and got an attitude about cancelling. I just received my bill after cancelling. Since I had to go through another billing cycle with them. They increased it another 2 cents per kilowatt more. They more than quadrupled my bill! I would never recommend them to anyone. The company is filled with scammers and bullies. Absolutely infuriating.
