They took the agreed upon payment of 475.03 and then also deducted the entire loan payment amount of 875.03. I did call several times before I finally got through. The representative called my bank to verify the funds had been deducted from my account (like I was making this shit up..ha!) and then wanted my debit card number to reimburse me for amount in error and fees from bank for being overdrawn. So, now, not only does this company have my bank account information, but now, they also have my debit card information. I was quite clear in telling them I was very concerned over their ignorant mistaken and here I am giving them more of my info. No matter what happened, they have caused me undue emotional stress, as I, as everyone else has complained, am overdrawn in my checking account, and now have no funds for gas, groceries, bills that are owed, etc... Yes, we may have needed their help to begin with, but, this has made it 100 times worse!!!! I plan to speak to an attorney friend in my building on Tuesday! WE SHOULD ALL BE COMPENSATED FOR THE EMOTIONAL DAMAGES CREATED BY THEIR IDIOTIC MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!
