I answered to his advert for sale of laptop posted at http://ikeja.olx.com.ng/brand-new-toshiba-computer-laptops-for-sale-iid-584959529. I contacted him and made part payment to a bank account he sent. Details of the bank account are as follows:

He has not sent the laptop. We agreed that I should send somebody to an address he claimed was his shop but he did not answer his calls or email sent to him so that the person I sent can contact him and pick up the laptop.
