I went with MaxLend due to an emergency situation. There hasn't been a problem until I checked my bank account this morning. I was horrified to find our that it has been overdrawn, because MaxLend debited the renewal fee of $125.02 as well as $625.02 which was the full amount. I have tried calling them several times, but the line is busy. I also sent an email but I have not received a response. I have deveral automatic debits scheduled for today, but thanks to MaxLend my account is now overdrawn. I'm furious!

  • I've talked to them. Call Collection Dpt. 7-877-943-6784. They said it was a system error and will be paying back including overdrawn fees. Good luck!!
