Ordered Chance Eau Fraiche By Chanel For Women EDT 150ml on 08/12/13. Received email the same day stating payment received and your order processed successfully. Followed up by email and via the website on 06/01/14. Received a reply on 07/01/13 stating that I should receive the goods in the next 2-3 working days. Good still have not arrived, sent further email on 12/01/14 requesting a reliable estimate of when I should receive the perfume. NO REPLY. Not feeling optimistic at this stage based on other submissions by disgruntled customers!
