I purchased skin care products from a mall kiosk. The products are very expensive and the sales people were very high pressure. When I tried to tell them that I couldn't afford it, they would do some "fuzzy math" and offer me a "special deal." Finally I bought some products and I paid part in cash and part by personal check.
The next day I realized this was a foolish and impulsive purchase and I asked the kiosk manager to return my money and let me return the products, as I had not opened them. He said he would talk to his supervisor. The next day my check cleared the bank.
Colorado has a 3 day "buyer's remorse" policy but Vine Vera did not honor that.
