After ordering the Uniblue product I was referred to Senseiware that said I had over 1000 problems with my computer. I decided to cancel my Uniblue order which they did and refunded the money, but the Senseiware charged me 169.99 for a program I never received. They called me to remedy the problem but never did send a refund after telling me they would.I have requested Uniblue to contact their parent company Senseiware because I have no information on how to contact them myself. The phone number I was given is no longer in service. 877 499 1426.
