I took part in a long survey on the internet and compensated for my time by receiving free face lotion minus the shipping cost. I looked at the fine print before I accepted the lotion offer and did not see that I was agreeing to anything else other than a onetime charge for shipment.

I received the product. I tried it on my face, it caused a rash, and I never used it again.

A week later I had to go out of town to take care of my terminally ill mother, after caring for her for 3 months, she died.

I get back in town and find that they sent me three more shipments and charged me $98.27, three times for October, November, and December 2013. I called immediately and was able to cancel future delivery and that they would only reimburse me for December after I return it. They would not let me return October and November even though the shipment was never opened.

They offered to reimburse me $58.42 for October (not the 98.27 I was charged) and the same for November. They wanted to charge me $39 (10/2013) + $39 (11/13) = $78.

While I was talking to Marga, the manager, the line went dead, I do not know if she hung up or the line dropped for another reason. I called back and I have been on hold for over a two hours.
