Hi everyone, i bought a dress and a sweatshirt from this website. I ordered them on the 3rd of december. They should arrived on the 23rd of december because the journey to Italy takes 20 days (as it is written on their website). The order hasn't arrived. So i wrote them an email they replied me and they told me to wait 7 days and that because of the holidays, the order had a late. On the history of the order there was written that the order has shipped out on the 17th of december (isn't it strange?). I waited 7 days after these the order hasn't arrived. So i wrote them another email and they told me to wait other 7 days! I waited but nothing.and now on the order history there is written that the parcel was sent to the country of destination on the 23rd of december!! So when my order was shipped out on the 17th or on the 23rd of december? I think they also "don't know".So during these 7 days seeing that the order hasn't arrived i wrote them 7 email and they haven't answered me never!! They told me that they would found a solution well i really think that they won't find a solution and i'm very very sick and angry because even if they are not too much money they are MY money and i want my clothes back!!!! I'm sorry if there are errors, i don't speak enghlish very well. :)
