Order #8940548013 Dress was received wrong color. It also did not fit.
According to their return policy, item must first receive a return code before mailing back. This code was repeatedly requested via email and then by telephone, but no response at all. Then I answered an advertisement email about my return order problem. I typed to Sara in customer service, she said she was sorry about the poor customer service and again asked why the reasons for the return. I stated the reasons and again asked for the return code. No reply again.
This company should simply state their policy which is: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE; Buy at you own risk!
