I telephoned to purchase a wig,The lady told me they were based in Canada. I didn't want to buy from China. The wig is not the colour or style that was shown, it is badly cut and I would not wear it. It also had a funny smell. The wig was sent from China and you have to send it back to China. I telephoned the company but the lady gave me another no to telephone I have phoned on many occasions but they don't want to know, they say I will have to pay postage and 30 percent loss on the money I paid out. Having looked on line to other complaints I can see that I could in incur more charges and get nowhere. They are are ripoff. Not good quality wigs.
