Ordered "free" bottle in November 2013 - showed an omount due of R49 (assume packaging and shipping). R1678 came off account. I thought I must have misread the terms of "free" offer and saw that I was charged for 3 bottles plus "free". Thought not too bad a loss so did nothing. Within 24 hours e-mail received indicating product shipped, reference given. After 4 weeks, nothing received. Phoned the 0080982163 number, spoke to a very unenlightened (sounded like Phillipino) lady. Merely said shipping takes 4 - 5 weeks to SA. Followed up with e-mail from company confirming details. Waited till after New Year. Still nothing. 2 e-mails both of which bounced back with the standard - shipping takes 4-5 weeks outside of USA. l phoned (0800982163) and again spoke to an unhelpful and unenlightened Phillipino lady who said "try the post office"!! I asked to speak to the manager - said to try and get him/her on 0800982163!!!!!! (the same number I had dialled to speak to her!) Got an apparently fictitious about 100 digit tracking number for the shipping. Gave up in disgust. Have changed my credit card as I am advised that repeat debits come off accounts at regular intervals.
