I ordered the Caralluma on Mar 30, 2015. After checking out, I realized that I paid for all 5 bottles. The ad said Buy 3 bottles, get 2 free. So I called and was mad for FALSE ADVERTISING, I was refunded 10%, $19.80 and was debited back to my card in file.
I returned the UNOPENED bottles and they were received on Apr 16. 2015 per my USPS tracking.
I have demanded for a refund of $148.45 which I was told it was there on May 20, 2015. It is June 22, 2015, and per my bank which I have contacted almost everyday, such transaction DOES NOT EXIST. I've called 8 times regarding this refund and it is always the same answer. Only my bank record could PROVE that the refund hasn't been processed. I filed a complaint with BBB as I am irate about this scam. BEWARE CONSUMERS OF BUYING ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
