I signed up after taking a brief survey online.
This was my choice of free products for doing the survey. I choose Luminant Skin and gave them my Visa information for the shipping charges.
When the product arrived, there was no information regarding signing up for a "membership" program.
The shipping fees of $4.95 were billed to my account.
I called customer service when $93.95 was changed to my account 2 weeks later.
While talking with them, they said they would give me $60.00 back. That was yesterday.
Today I discovered another charge of $97.88
charged to me earlier this week.
I called again and the customer service rep said yes, she saw that the charge was there.
I told her that I was recording this call and I wanted to talk with her supervisor. She said she was going to hang up because she could not talk on a phone that was being recorded. Really?
That is always what is said "for quality assurance reasons". I argued and she just kept saying, I'm going to hang up.....finally she did.
This is a total scam. I goggled Luminant Skin complaints and got you.
