Sean would not tell me how long he has been working for Lumient skin per company Policy.
I informed him that I did not agree to have a continued subscription to Luminent. I asked for a return. I was denied. I have the unopened products that I can send back (It's a terrible product, so I didn't even use it). I was still refused. I was laid off last year and wasn't able to work three months. I don't have the money to pay for this or the money to eat. Manager, Sean was indifferent and said it was company Policy that they are not able to give refunds. I heard feedback on the phone and then asked if I was being recorded. He said yes. I told him that I was not informed that I was going to be recorded. Sean then stated that it was my fault that I didn't know because everyone gets recorded. I told him that he has to disclaim that at the beginning of the call and he never did. He said it was perfectly legal for him to do so. I told him it wasn't and that he doesn't have my permission to record. He told me to work on myself because it's common knowledge that it is okay. I am a Washington State resident and in the State of Washington, it is illegal to record phone conversations without the consent of all parties involved.
