At the beginning of October I received a call from a gentlemen with an offer to join ebiz merchants services, which is a work at home opportunity. I signed up on Oct. 8, 2013, which cost me $300.00 (I believe is the amount).

A sales rep named Carmen called me & walked me through "my back office". I was then assigned to a coach who would communicate to me every 2 weeks, his name was Chris Jenkins (1-602-296-5436).

Then on October 14, 2013 another gentlemen called & further explained the business options I had: 1. Be an active agent (which at that time I currently was) or 2. Be an inactive agent. The active agent would do all of the referrals themselves, the emails, etc. An inactive agent would invest money to a marketing agent who would do 80-90% of the work for me.

Being an inactive agent meant I would invest $5,000 to purchase 500 business leads and they would do the calling of the business leads. This gentlemen claimed that their conversion rate was 3.4%.

On October 14th I emailed back to Megan Miles signed E-Biz Services Marketing Invoice, which I have copies of.

On November 26, 2013 I received a call from a gentlemen stating his name was Richard Winters & he was with ebiz services and they were running a targeted marketing campaign for the next year. What this offered was for 300.00 I would have increased traffic to my ebiz services site. There was a 45 day refund if I was not satisfied. Richard stated the turn around would be 15% guaranteed. He stated if I didn't see a ROI in 2 weeks he would refund my 300.00 and my original investment cost, which was $5,000. He said he would leave me with Chris Jenkins as my coach, he was mailing me 250 business cards and I was to hand all of them out. I was to call him when I handed out my last card. The number he gave me to call was 602-436-9026.

This should have been my red flag, he wanted me to wire 300.00 to Tiffany Hill in Phoenix, AZ using Western Union. I attempted but the transactions did not go through. We actually tried 2 different credit cards through Western Union. He stated he would just process the transaction himself, okay. Hung up & within 20 mins later both of my credit card companies were calling to report possible fraud and WalMart.com was calling. The 2 cards I attempted to use were now considered stolen. The credit card company quickly handled the issues & now charges were made to either of my cards. WalMart.com didn't approve the purchase.

My coach Chris Jenkins would call me as scheduled every 2 weeks at the same time. The last time I spoke to Chris was on December 5th. When I spoke to him on Dec. 5th I asked him if ebiz was running a targeted marketing campaign and he stated he knew nothing about a targeted marketing campaing. I did not have my notes with me at the time, to give Chris more information about the conversation I had with Richard Winters. We were scheduled to speak again on Dec. 18th and I explained I would share the information at that time, but I received no call from Chris.

I emailed Chris @ [email protected] after Christmas requesting to schedule a call. I didn't hear anything back. So on Jan. 6, I called the following:
1-888-348-0202 - mailbox is full
1-602-296-5436 - left a message for Chris Jenkins
1-602-436-9026 - a gentlemen answered & I asked if this was Richard Winters and he replied no. I said sorry must have wrong number & hung up.
1-888-203-8282 - This is the number on my front webpage, prior to signing into what they call the back office. I was informed by a young lady that ebiz services cancelled their contract with Merchant Services on Dec. 10th and it is at an unpaid status. She also informed me that they left no instructions or information as to what to tell their clients.

Wow is about all I could say and "sucker" to me for falling for this. I am at a lose on how to handle this and who to turn to for assistance. Can you please provide me with some advice or assistance?
