Did NOt receive product before trial/before my account was charged 93.00. Upon seeing charges n retrieving product fr post office (same day) product was returned Unused, unopened n I requested full refund ( all same day , 93.00 jus taken fr my account fr what was supposed to b free 1.03 shipping fee only). Getting the run around n hung up on several times a day
