I originally sent and faxed paperwork to Youfit explaining that I had medical issues that worsened, and that I have a note from my doctor and the VA that stated I am totally disabled in July 2013. They didn't respond, and sent my bill to collections. The local Youfit said they could not stop billing and never recieved anything. I stated I faxed, sent, and wrote emails. They stated that unless I paid the money still owed on the account there was noway they could end the billing, and they would not be able to help me. I paid, and then the collections sent a letter still. I called, and stated I needed a letter for my credit score to have it state that youfit did not remove the billing properly, and that it should have never gone to collections. The manager, who rolled her eyes when I went in to speak to someone, stated once it goes to collection Youfit cannot do anything. I tried to call corporate, but there is no working number. It returns you to the local store. The local store states that they cannot do anything. Please help. I am a disabled veteran, and am trying to buy a house to stablilize my kids. I had just cleaned up my credit, but Youfit's no way of contacting anyone above the local level is difficult, especially when the manager does not care, and does not or cannot do something that corporate should be able to do. Please help me find a corporate number to clear up their mistake to get my crdit back, and fix the issue for others. Thank you, Renee
