Please see my previous statement. I have my bank statement, but I don't know how to send it. I ordered biofreeze on 8/1/11 and they charged my account the same day. I have never received my order and their status report tells me its being processed and on back order for 4-6 weeks. On Oct. 14 I requested it cancelled and my money returned. They have never responded.
