I purchased a scanner from this company. The scanner became defective while under warranty, so I returned the scanner to GRE. GRE repaired and returned a scanner to me. The scanner worked well for a few weeks after it was received back, but then the original problem reappeared, along with new issues. Now the scanner is not working AT ALL. I have made every effort to contact GRE via email, postal mail, and telephone, leaving voice messages, but they have not contacted me at all regarding this latest problem. This scanner cost me over $500 when purchased, and a good majority of the time I have had this scanner it has not worked. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, irritated and frustrated with GRE.
