I ordered this product last summer. I tried it and decided I didn't like it so I called to cancel any future shipments. I recieved another shipment the next week. Thinking the order was already in process I kept it but called again to make sure they showed me as cancelled. They didn't. So I asked again to be cancelled. 3 Months later another shipment arrived! I called again and screamed at the poor agent. I got his name and his employee ID. He then sent me a confirmation e-mail that it had been cancelled. I also told him I wanted to return the product they sent me at their cost and he sent me a return mail label. I did finaly get a refund for the last shipment but not for the original shipping. I only noted damages of $92.83 but since I actually got 3 shipments I didn't want and only got a $74.85 refund I could claim damages of $176.67. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt on the first shipment.
