i had decided to try this product to treat myself after a long illness. to begin with i made one order but was assigned 2 accounts. called immediately after seeing the second account email confirmation which was about 10 minutes after making the original order. i was told that nothing could be done then as they had no record for 72 hours and that i should call back in 72 hours and it would be fixed. called back and was then told it was not possible to refund the second charge to my account because the product was sent. i must send the product back and then my account would be reimbursed and the second account closed. asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the same thing. subsequently cancelled the accounts telling them i didn't care how good the product is or isn't their business practices are terrible and i want nothing to do with them. next month i receive 2 product packages and 2 vitamin packages. i never ordered the vitamins to begin. i received "free" gifts of vitamins with the original hair care orders. so now i have 2 vitamin charges and 2 hair care product charges. upon speaking to both companies i cannot receive refunds of the product charges until i return all the products. what's more,the vitamin charges were only a partial payment. even though i cancelled the accounts, never ordered the vitamins in the first place and only wanted one order of the hair care product, until i return the vitamins i will be receiving more charges from my account to cover the remainder of the partial payment. i am in product hell. i have spoken to at least 6 employees, including a supervisor, have been told i am not the first to experience this, not once has anyone said gee i am sorry this happened. in fact the vitamin employee was flat out rude. it was my fault i didn't cancel the account that i did not know existed from the "free" gift.
