I ordered a demo through Nashville Songwriter Demos on December 12, 2013. I called on January 3, 2014 to check on my demo. I was told by Joseph Sins that my demo was finished, it turned out great, and that they had already sent it to me. He stated that the demo might still be in their outbox, he would check on it, and he would give me a call back. I never received that phone call back from him. I double checked both my inbox and my spam box and there was no demo sent to me from them. I sent them an email on January 3, 2014 letting them know I did not receive it and I have not received any response back. I called them today, January 6, 2014, to leave a message to see why I haven't received my demo. Still no response back. I paid the company on time and therefore, I should have received my demo on time. If I don't receive it by tomorrow, then I'm going to demand my money back.
