I have been trying for about 3weeks now to get information needed to return items to this vendor. One item was faulty and another was a Christmas gift which the recipient does not want. I have sent specific item information, but get return emails asking again for the same item information and shortly thereafter, I get an email indicating the issue has been "solved". Most recently I received a Solved email at 2AM this morning. I wonder who works at 2 Am? Someone in Asia no doubt.
Can anyone tell me what the returns process is?
I will proceed to post my complaints about this company wherever I can.
