i got a call from person who is kind of like a foreigner and he said that i was qualify for the us govt free grants and i was pretty shock to heard that and little excited but i didnt knew it would be scam.so we talk for like 5 minutes and he asked my card number and said that m gonna get a package of paper or documents that had to be filled and i really thought it could be true so i gave my card no.and that person said it only gonna charge 3.95 but it charged 19.95.it sucks.if i would knew that guy then i really had no idea what has to do with that guy.
