I was just contacted today by them. They stated my vacation package was about to expire that I did not use. 2-years ago I was contacted by them I purchased a Florida vacation with a extra incentive to Costa Rica, in addition I paid $99 for a Dominican Repbulic vacation. Last year they contacted me and told me Dominican Republic was not results that used anymore and they were refunding my $99, also for another $89 I could extend my current package which I still had a year to use for another year, which I did. I just recieved a call from them today telling me my package is expiring. I let them know all that went down over the last 2 years and they told me I was mistaken, I never paid for a extension and they hung up on me. Prior to that i requested a refund which they said will never happen.
