In order to watch a movie that I was told was free, I was forced to pay $9.99 after the movie stopped at 72 minutes. After paying I was unable to retrieve the movie. Non-delivery of goods. I am unable to find a telephone contact for them and so far they will not return my emails requesting a refund.
