They lied me many times. I got their insurance for my cell phone. After damaging the phone I claimed one month ago. They pretend to want to send a credit card for me. But after few times that I called them I found out that they lied. It seems they want to kill the time for one more month and then base of their policy I can not do any thing. I am not satisfied. Their information always was wrong. Their excuse is wrong. I wish I never used this service. They are not responsible and customer satisfaction is not important for them.
