Esecuritel is our phone insurance company. I need to file a claim as my phone is fried, but their site will not recognize my information making it impossible to file. Why did I pay for insurance?!! This company needs a serious overhaul. Verizon set us up with them, so I will be informing Verizon of eSecuritel's incompetence and suggest they find a different insurance.
