After reading the reviews the exact transaction happened to me. They sent me an urgent email saying I needed to contact them because there was a problem with my reservation. I booked a room in New Orleans, La only to call the hotel to confirm and there was no reservation. I tried on several occasions to contact the company and sent numerous emails. A company spokesperson did leave a voice message for me saying they regret there was no confirmation, I could send in a cancellation request for a refund. The number left was in Hong Kong. I tried calling the number back with no successful. These are the biggest scam artist I have ever encountered. I am very disappointed because my reservation was to attend my nephew's wedding and now there are no hotels available within reason; therefore my family and I will be unable to attend.
