I paid for a hotel through Olotels.com. They sent a voucher that is to be shown at check-in. I called the hotel to confirm my reservation, and they have no record of it. Nothing. PayPal has placed a hold on the payment and if Olotels does not respond in 10 days, PayPal will refund my money. I have also contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. I have found similar complaints. I am going to change my credit card number as well since many people have posted that Olotels uses the card for unauthorized purchases
