Placed order on 10/21/2011 expecting my order before halloween company charged my card 10/22/2011 been trying to contact them all week no live person available..I did receive an email stating I will not receive what I ordered before Halloween...This was thier response to me:
"The item that you ordered is a pre-order item and will not be available until after Halloween"
Whatever a pre-order item is and why charge my card knowing you don't have the product to send me and never will.
What can be done with this company they are scamming alot of people, I found alot of reviews on this company and it's terrible what they are doing..thier site needs to be shut down ASAP. I probably will never see my $95.00.
