Ordered lingerie and never received, but they took my money! I have sent several emails to complain and inquire about my order. I have received responses, but both were automated stating that my order will be shipped shortly, but I have never received any confirmation stating that my order has been shipped. I have also asked for a refund, but that hasn't happened either. I would not recommend that anyone purchase from this company, they are a scam.
