My complaint is calling this company about 8:30/8:45 a.m. (12/30) to notify Customer Service that I want to cancel this item. I received an email at 5:37 p.m. indicating the order has been processed which I feel was a bunch of bunk since using computers can notify the warehouse who is cancelling to not ship to the address. Obviously, after speaking with a customer service person at 8:37 p.m.(12/30) and explaining that I wanted this item cancelled was told that the person who took my call earlier probably did not understand she could not submit the cancellation. So maybe calling Michael Kovalchin who is Director of Customer Service and this Mr. Suarez will possibly prompt some action on this. How about it?????
